Investor Visa

There are several investment visas available in Dubai, which allow foreign investors to stay in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for long periods of time. Here are the most common types of investor visas:

Investor Visa
This service allows the property investor who owns a property whose purchase value is equal to or higher than AED 750,000 at the time of purchase to apply for a two-year renewable residence permit. The husband or wife and any children can be sponsored.

Golden Visa
This service allows the real estate investor who owns a property whose purchase value is equal to or higher than AED 2 million at the time of purchase to apply for a 10-year renewable residence permit. Spouse, children and parents can be sponsored.
