My name is Joy van den Hurk, an experienced real estate agent based in sunny Dubai. After a successful career as a real estate agent in the Netherlands, I decided to take the next step in my professional journey by moving to Dubai.

This choice was driven by the unique opportunities Dubai offers to young entrepreneurs, combined with the city's exceptional safety and cleanliness.

With my extensive knowledge of both the Dutch and Dubai real estate markets, I am the ideal partner for those looking for a reliable partnership.

I currently specialise in the existing Dubai Marina property market, as well as off-plan (new build) projects spread across the Emirate.

Not only do I guide my clients, but I actively invest in real estate in Dubai myself. This gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the market, which I use to serve my clients even better.

For me, building long-term relationships with my clients is key. My goal is to fully guide my clients through the real estate process in Dubai, from purchase to resale, interim sales, long-term and short-term rentals.
